Remove any string from the pork and place it in the slow cooker. Add all of the ingredients apart from the cornflour to a jug and whisk them together before adding them to the slow cooker
Cook on low for 7½ hours before removing the pork from the slow cooker. Remove the fat from the pork and shred using two forks
Add the shredded pork back to the slow cooker. If you would like to thicken the juices, mix the cornflour in a glass with some of the juices. Add back to the slow cooker and cook for a further 30 minutes
