Simple, quick and utterly delicious; these Air Fryer Sausage Rolls will become your new favourite way to make this tasty snack. They are far better than any shop bought sausage rolls and are only three ingredients!
Unroll 320g ready rolled puff pastry and cut it in half lengthways so you have two long thin strips

Remove the casings from 400g sausages and line three along the centre of each strip of pastry. Squeeze them slightly so they fill the length of the pastry

Brush one of the long edges of pastry with some of the 2 tbsp milk and roll the long side of pastry closest to you tightly under the sausage and then keep rolling so the sealed edge is on the bottom

*Preheat your air fryer at this stage if required. This usually varies depending on your machine*
Cut the sausage rolls into lengths as big or small as you like

Using scissors, make a few cuts in the top of each sausage roll
Spray the basket of your air fryer with oil and place the sausage rolls making sure they aren't touching. You may need to cook the sausage rolls in batches depending on the size of your air fryer

Brush each sausage roll with some more of the milk

Cook the sausage rolls at 190°C for 13 minutes or until they are crisp and golden brown

My air fryer basket is 3.7L.
You can also use beaten egg to brush your sausage rolls.
