
This Kinder Bueno Rocky Road is a simple and delicious no bake treat packed with Kinder chocolates along with marshmallows and digestives. One piece just isn't enough!
Line a square 20x20cm tin with parchment paper and set aside
Add 200g milk chocolate, 100g unsalted butter and 150g golden syrup to a heatproof dish and melt in short bursts in the microwave, stirring between each burst

Mix in 100g hazelnut white chocolate spread until completely combined

In a large bowl add 50g mini marshmallows, 100g digestive biscuits, 86g Kinder bueno and 65g Kinder chocolate

Give the chocolate a final last stir before pouring over the chocolates and biscuits

Tip into the lined tin and spread out evenly

Melt 60g hazelnut white chocolate spread. Drizzle it across the top of the rocky road

Scatter 40g Kinder chocolate and 43g Kinder Bueno across the top of the rocky road

Chill in the fridge for around 4 hours, or even overnight

Once fully chilled, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and it will keep for at least one week
