
These Sticky Cranberry Cocktail Sausages are absolutely essential at Christmas. Their sticky sweetness makes them the perfect party snack but also a great addition to your Christmas lunch too!
Preheat your oven to 180℃ or air fryer (if required)
Mix 75g cranberry sauce, 1½ tbsp orange juice, ½ tsp fresh rosemary and ½ tsp sea salt together in a large bowl

Add 270g cocktail sausages to the sauce and mix thoroughly

Using an air fryer liner, add the sausages to the air fryer basket

Cook for 15-20 at 190℃ minutes turning half way

Line a baking tray with foil before tipping the sausages onto it. Cook in the oven at 180℃ (fan assisted, 200℃ non fan) for 25 minutes, turning half way
Whether you are cooking in the air fryer or oven, I recommend using something to line your air fryer basket or tray. It makes clean up a lot easier and stops the sauce dripping through the air fryer basket.
