
Crisp on the outside and fluffy within, these Air Fryer Potato Slices are an easy and delicious way to serve potatoes. Keep them simple or add more flavours for the perfect side dish.
Preheat your air fryer if required
Slice 500g potatoes into approximately 5mm thick slices and add to a bowl

Drizzle over 1 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 tsp sea salt. Toss until fully coated

Add the potato slices to your air fryer trying to keep them in one layer if possible. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to cook the potatoes in two batches

Cook the potato slices at 190°C for 20-25 minutes gently turning them with a spatula a couple of times
The thickness of the potato slices will affect the cooking time. If you cut the potatoes thinner, reduce the cooking time.
If you have a smaller air fryer, I would recommend cooking the potato slices in batches.
The potato slices have a tendency to stick together. To prevent this gently turn the potato slices a couple of times whilst cooking.
If your air fryer requires preheating, check the potato slices a few minutes sooner than the recipe states.
