
There's a reason these Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups have gone viral! Incorporating the crunchy and addictive pistachio kadayif filling with fresh and sweet strawberries all drizzled with delicious milk chocolate - this dessert is a winner!
In a high sided pan, melt 10g salted butter before adding 50g shredded kadayif

Cook on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown

In a large bowl add 60g pistachio cream, ¼ tsp tahini and pinch sea salt flakes

Add the toasted kadayif and stir to combine with the pistachio cream

Wash, hull and chop 150g strawberries into bitesize pieces

Melt 75g milk chocolate in a heat proof bowl in short bursts in the microwave. Make sure you stir the chocolate in between melting

Assemble the dessert by drizzling some of the milk chocolate into a glass. Next add some of the chopped strawberries and spoonful's of the pistachio kadayif mixture. Continue layering up the desert until all of the ingredients are used
