
Air Fryer Potato Wedges are simple and delicious with just the right amount of spice. Switch up your chips for these tasty potato wedges to add instant flavour to any meal.
Preheat your air fryer if needed
Wash 500g of potatoes and dry them thoroughly. Remove any eyes or black spots. Cut each potato in half lengthways before cutting each half into 3 or 4 wedges depending on the size of your potatoes. Add them to a bowl

Drizzle over 1 tbsp sunflower oil

Sprinkle over 1 tbsp potato seasoning and mix thoroughly

Add your potato wedges to your air fryer basket trying to keep them in one layer

Cook for 20 - 25 mins at 180°C turning carefully half way through
If your air fryer requires preheating, check the wedges a couple of minutes before the recipe states.
