This Pork Fillet Stroganoff is the perfect midweek meal. Quick, easy and really delicious, a recipe the whole family will enjoy.  Adapting a Mary Berry classic  This Pork Fillet Stroganoff is my adaptation of a Mary Berry recipe. Mary Berry makes a proper stroganoff which includes the traditional ingredients of mushrooms and onions. These are really not for me, so in my version I completely left them out!
